When is payment taken?
Payment is taken immediately when a person books a discovery call with you. The introductory rate of €15+ VAT and a €1 processing fee is charged per booking.
Is there a subscription fee?
No, there is no subscription fee. You only pay for the discovery calls that are booked with you, ensuring you only incur costs when you have a potential client interested in your services.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No, we do not take any percentage of your sales. You retain 100% of any revenue generated from clients you connect with through Coachy. The only charge is the flat fee for each discovery call booked.
Can I get a refund for a cancellation or no-show?
No, refunds are not provided for cancellations or no-shows. However, you can reschedule the call directly with the person, as you will have their contact details. We encourage coaches to confirm appointments and follow up to minimize cancellations.
How do I manage my availability?
You can manage your availability through your Coachy profile settings. Simply log in to your account, click the “Set Availability” button on your dashboard and update your calendar based on the days and times you’re open for discovery calls. Keeping this updated helps prevent scheduling conflicts and ensures a smooth booking process for coachees. If you get too busy, simply reduce the number of available times or remove them entirely if you wish to stop receiving new discovery calls.
What happens if I miss a scheduled call?
If you miss a scheduled discovery call, we recommend contacting the person as soon as possible to apologize and offer to reschedule at a convenient time for them. Maintaining clear communication helps preserve your reputation and ensures a positive experience for all.
